Shipments and returns

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via Poslaju or Registered Mail(international buyer) with tracking number and required signature. For international buyer, shipping will be via Registered Air Mail. EMS Courier available upon request(additional charges applies and your contact number is required). 

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk.

Other Information:

  • All orders are shipped from Malaysia. Most of the shipment has no duties/taxes. If any import duties and taxes are charged once the parcel has reached the destination country and these charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges as customs policies vary from country to country. If you have any questions related to customs charges you are advised to contact your local customs office.

 

  • If you are not in when the delivery is made, a notice card will be left by the postal service to advise on how and where your delivery can be collected.

 

  • We ship out on Monday, Wednesday and Friday (12pm, GMT+8:00) EXCEPT non-business working day(public holiday based on Malaysia calendar).

 

  • We do our best to describe our product as detail as possible and we want you to be happy with the item you bought. Therefore, if there is a fault or defect with the item(s), do notify us within 14 days of receipt, and return the items with its original packaging, unused, unworn and unwashed.

    Upon receiving the items, If you wish to exchange an item for reasons other than damage, defect or error, please notify us within 14 days . However, shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

    Kindly note that there will be no returns or exchanges for clearance items.
